Ogólnopolskie Stowarzyszenie Techniki Bezzałogowej i Robotyki · initiative — association in formation

We bring together drone, robotics, 3D-printing and AI enthusiasts — across Poland.

We fly, we build, we teach. An open community of unmanned tech and RC models — from your first flight to your own designs.

Who we are

We are a community of modern-tech enthusiasts: drones and FPV, radio-controlled models, robotics, 3D printing and AI. We teach, we build, we race — together.

We start in two cities — Opole and Bydgoszcz — and we are open to more. We complement existing clubs and organisations, we do not compete with them.

What we do

Drones & FPV

Piloting, racing, freestyle, building from scratch.

RC cars

Driving, tuning, suspensions, designing parts.

RC boats

Floating builds — design, print, regattas.

Robotics

Mobile robots, sumo, line-followers, programming.

3D printing

FDM and resin — from CAD model to finished part.

AI in tech

Autonomy, machine vision, AI-driven control.

We teach, we build, we race

Workshops & courses

For kids and adults: simulator and netted-cage flying, soldering, drone building, 3D printing, programming basics.

Shows & picnics

Education stands at city events, science festivals and family picnics.

Competitions

FPV races, robo-sumo, model regattas — competition that teaches.

Ask about workshops

Drones are nothing to fear

A drone is a tool — like a bicycle or a camera. We teach safe, legal flying: operator registration, flight categories, airspace zones.

  • We fly under EASA and Polish CAA (ULC) rules, with operator registration.
  • We check airspace zones before every flight (PansaUTM / DroneRadar).
  • We teach a safety culture: nets, goggles, liability insurance.
How to start safely

Our chapters: Opole & Bydgoszcz

Opole

An experienced drone crew — shows, simulators and FPV races (incl. the Drone Picnic).

Bydgoszcz

A new chapter in the making — join the first members and co-create the local scene.

FPV racing — day & night

The most spectacular side of our passion: fast gate runs, live chase view and night races on illuminated tracks. We are planning indoor and stadium events — join as a pilot, volunteer or event partner.

I want to race

Become a sponsor

We turn financial or equipment support into prizes, training gear and events. In return: brand visibility at races and in our media — and your product in the hands of future engineers. We provide a transparent usage report.

What we need

FAQ

I have zero experience — can I join?

Yes! We start with simulators and mini drones in a netted cage. Most of us started from zero.

Are the classes paid?

Some events are open and free; some workshops may have a fee covering materials. Details are always listed per event.

Can children take part?

Yes, in kids sessions — always with parental consent and presence. The website form is for adults.

I run my own club — why join you?

You stay yourselves, and you gain a shared competition calendar, access to grants hard to reach alone, and equipment & knowledge exchange.
