Privacy Policy

§1. Data controller

Until the Association is registered, the data controller is Andrii Shramko — a natural person, initiator of the Association, e-mail: zmei116@gmail.com. After registration, the controller will be Ogólnopolskie Stowarzyszenie Techniki Bezzałogowej i Robotyki.

§2. What data and why

We process the data submitted in the form (name, e-mail, optional phone, message, applicant type) solely to handle your request and contact you, and — with separate consent — to send the founding newsletter.

§3. Legal basis

Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to the e-mail above (without affecting prior processing).

§4. Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics 4 is switched on only after you click “Accept” in the consent box. Until you consent (or if you click “Reject”), the site does not connect to Google servers and stores no analytics cookies.

Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under the European Commission’s adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Purpose: visit statistics — how many people visit the site, which sections are viewed, which buttons and links are clicked, whether the form was sent (only the applicant type — never your name, e-mail, phone or message). Google signals and ad personalisation are disabled.
Cookies: _ga and _ga_WKDYHRHE0L (a random browser and session identifier), valid for up to 14 months. Data in Google Analytics is kept for 14 months.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent.
Withdrawing consent: at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of every page → “Reject”. We then switch Google Analytics off and delete the _ga* cookies. Your choice (consent or refusal) is stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage, key sa_consent) — it is not a cookie and is not shared with anyone.

Server logs. The reverse proxy on our server in the EU records technical access logs — IP address, time, requested page and browser type — for security and troubleshooting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). From them we compute only aggregate visit statistics that contain no IP addresses. The site uses no marketing cookies.

§5. Retention

We keep the data without a fixed time limit — until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it — so that we can contact you again about the Association’s activities, even years from now. To delete your data or withdraw consent, write to zmei116@gmail.com. Once the Association is registered, the database will pass to the new controller (see §1) — we will let you know by e-mail, and you can then withdraw consent or ask for deletion.

§6. Recipients

Data may be processed by our server infrastructure provider (data stored on our own server in the EU) and — for notifications — a messaging service provider, under data processing terms (Art. 28 GDPR). Only if you consent to statistics — Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4, see §4). We do not sell data or transfer it outside the EEA without a legal basis.

§7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, object, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Office (UODO). Providing data is voluntary — but without contact details we cannot respond.

§8. Children's data

The form is intended for adults; we do not collect data of minors. Children's participation in activities will require separate parental consent.
