§1. Data controller

Until the Association is registered, the data controller is Andrii Shramko — a natural person, initiator of the Association, e-mail: zmei116@gmail.com. After registration, the controller will be Ogólnopolskie Stowarzyszenie Techniki Bezzałogowej i Robotyki.

§2. What data and why

We process the data submitted in the form (name, e-mail, optional phone, message, applicant type) solely to handle your request and contact you, and — with separate consent — to send the founding newsletter.

§3. Legal basis

Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to the e-mail above (without affecting prior processing).

§4. Cookies and analytics

This site uses no marketing or tracking cookies and no external analytics tools. Traffic statistics are produced server-side only (logs with IP anonymisation) — without identifying users.

§5. Retention

Data is kept until consent is withdrawn, and at the latest until the Association is registered and the database is transferred (we will then ask for renewed consent), or until the purpose ceases.

§6. Recipients

Data may be processed by our server infrastructure provider (data stored on our own server in the EU) and — for notifications — a messaging service provider, under data processing terms (Art. 28 GDPR). We do not sell data or transfer it outside the EEA without a legal basis.

§7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, object, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Office (UODO). Providing data is voluntary — but without contact details we cannot respond.

§8. Children's data

The form is intended for adults; we do not collect data of minors. Children's participation in activities will require separate parental consent.
